It all started here with our Original flavoured beef jerky, inspired by traditional South African biltong flavours. We went to work perfecting the recipe we all know and love today. Seasoned with Coriander, Pepper and combined with a hint of one of our personal favourites, Fennel, then dried to perfection for your satisfaction.
